I wrote this from home during Winter Storm Fern, with Jackson at a standstill and schools closed. Now, as the roads clear and kids head back to school, life is returning to normal—and it feels like the perfect moment to reflect on what this award means to us and share our vision for the year ahead.

Back in the fall, Haven Insurance Partners received news that our entire team is still celebrating: VIP Magazine named us Best Insurance Agency in Jackson. As 2025 came to a close and we looked toward 2026, this recognition continues to inspire us and reinforce our commitment to serving this community.

Five Years of Growth and Gratitude

Since opening our doors in 2020, Haven Insurance Partners has been on a journey of continuous growth and evolution. To be recognized as the best in Jackson in just our fifth year of business is humbling, especially as one of the newer agencies in the community. This award represents more than just our hard work—it reflects the trust our clients have placed in us and the relationships we’ve built together.

The Balance We’ve Struck

Throughout 2025, we remained committed to a principle that defines who we are: pushing forward with new technology and innovative solutions while never losing sight of the personal relationships that are the heart of our business. With our team of 12, we’ve worked to embrace tools and platforms that many traditional agencies haven’t adopted, making insurance more accessible and convenient for our clients.

But we’ve learned that technology is only as good as the people behind it. According to our Google reviews, what clients appreciate most is how we take the time to educate them and truly help them understand their coverage options. That human connection—paired with modern efficiency—has become our signature.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we enter the new year, our mission remains clear and consistent: keep our current clients protected and welcomed, and continue adding new members to the Haven family. But 2026 also brings some exciting expansion plans that we’re eager to pursue.

We’re exploring acquisition opportunities, which would allow us to extend our reach and serve even more families and businesses in our community. We’re also committed to further developing our life and health insurance department, ensuring that we can offer comprehensive protection across all areas of our clients’ lives.

Our new location at 40 Murray Guard Dr positions us well for this growth, and we’re focused on building a team culture that can scale while maintaining the fun, collaborative environment that makes Haven special.

Aiming Higher

This Best Insurance Agency award has set a new standard for us. Our goal isn’t just to win it once—we want to earn this recognition year after year by continually improving and serving our community at the highest level. We’re also invested in the growth of our individual team members, and we hope to see one of our agents named Best Agent of the Year in the near future.
